1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

Initial UniversePass Access Key purchases qualify for a 14-day money-back guarantee if requested within 14 days of initial activation.

Refunds are processed back to the original Stripe payment method within 5–10 business days upon approval.

Custom engineering hours, consumed domain registrations, and dedicated compute resources already utilized are non-refundable.
