Questions about email
What is the difference between free MailVerse and business email?
Free MailVerse is one bonus mailbox on eclipsiumx.com (for example [email protected]) that comes with a free EclipsiumX account. Business MailVerse uses your company's own domain (for example [email protected]) and is priced per mailbox, from €2.49 per month.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Business email works on the domain you already own. We set up the DNS records it needs with you, and check them before you start.
Can I move from Gmail, Yahoo or my current provider?
Yes. Tell us which provider you use today; we plan the move with you as part of the setup.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Three DNS records that help other mail servers trust email from your domain: SPF lists who may send for it, DKIM signs the messages you send, and DMARC tells receivers what to do with mail that fails those checks. With MX, which receives your mail, they are part of setting up business email — we do it with you.
How many mailboxes can I have?
The free path is one bonus mailbox with your EclipsiumX account. Business email is priced per mailbox, from €2.49 per month — tell us how many people need one.
What can AurionX do with MailVerse today?
AurionX works inside MailVerse: it answers questions about your mailbox, helps you find and understand emails, and prepares drafts. You review a draft and decide what is sent.
Do I need a website to use MailVerse?
No. The free mailbox needs only a free EclipsiumX account; business email needs a domain. If you don't have a domain yet, tell us and we help you get one.
Where do I read my email?
Sign in to your EclipsiumX account — MailVerse is in your EclipsiumX panel. If you want to use a mail app on your phone or computer, ask us and we confirm the settings for your plan.
