1. Ecosystem Participation & UniversePass
By accessing EclipsiumX services, creating a UniversePass account, or activating Operational Worlds, you agree to comply with this Participation Agreement and all referenced operational policies.
2. Identity Sovereignty & Access Keys
UniversePass provides single sovereign credentials. Account owners maintain control over their credentials, permissions, and operational permits across all activated Verses.
3. Service Availability & Platform SLA
Infrastructure services are provided in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA). EclipsiumX guarantees high-availability infrastructure routing across global data nodes.
4. Participant Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Participants must safeguard their credentials, maintain account security, and ensure all activities conducted through their Operational Worlds adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be settled through constructive dialogue or competent courts in Romania.
