1. General Refund Conditions

EclipsiumX offers digital services that begin immediately after purchase. Because of this, refunds are limited and granted only under specific conditions, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and ANPC regulations.

2. Services Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be granted for:

• duplicate payments
• accidental purchases reported within 24 hours
• technical issues preventing service activation
• billing errors caused by our system

3. Non‑Refundable Services

The following services are non‑refundable once activated:

• VPS servers (HostVerse)
• Web hosting & management plans (WebVerse)
• Domain registrations or transfers
• Custom development or design work
• Automation workflows or AI tools
• Any service already used or consumed

This is because these services are provisioned instantly and incur infrastructure or licensing costs from the moment of activation.

4. 14‑Day Withdrawal Right (EU)

According to EU law, digital services that begin immediately after purchase are exempt from the 14‑day withdrawal right once the user agrees to instant activation.

By purchasing any EclipsiumX service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• service activation begins immediately
• you lose the right to withdraw after activation

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted through:

• Support tickets in your dashboard

Please include:

• your account email
• invoice number
• reason for refund
• any relevant screenshots or details

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

• 3–7 business days for card payments
• 1–3 business days for PayPal
• up to 10 business days for bank transfers

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• account suspension
• service termination
• additional verification requirements

We encourage customers to resolve disputes directly with us.
