A name people remember. An address computers can follow.
When someone types your , their device asks the — the internet's address book — where it lives. The question travels through the registry of your extension (.ro, .com…) to the name servers that hold your records, and the answer leads to the server running your site or receiving your email.

Questions about domains and DNS
Who owns the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name or your company's name. EclipsiumX registers and manages it for you.
Why is the price the same every year?
Many registrars sell the first year cheaply and charge much more at renewal. We show one price for registration, renewal and transfer, so you know what the domain costs every year.
Is the availability result final?
No. It comes from the registry's public lookup and is a good indication, but reserved or premium names exist. Some registries — like .ro — offer no public lookup, so we check those by hand. We always confirm before registering.
Is DNS hosting really free?
Yes, with any EclipsiumX product: a domain registered with us, web hosting, email, a VPS or Cloud. There is no separate DNS fee.
Can I keep my domain at another registrar?
Yes. Point the name servers (or a few records) to us and we host the DNS. You can also transfer the registration later.
Can I change DNS records myself?
Not yet. Today our team creates and changes the records when you ask. A self-service editor is not available.
Can I buy a domain online right now?
Not yet. You send a request, we confirm availability and price, and you approve before anything is registered or charged.
