1. Strict Opt-In Requirement
All marketing transmissions sent via MailVerse must be dispatched strictly to double opt-in subscribers.
2. Automated Disconnect on Abuse
Email streams exceeding a 0.1% spam complaint rate or 5% bounce rate trigger automated transmission throttling.
3. Unsubscribe & Header Requirements
Every outgoing email must include a functioning single-click unsubscribe link and valid sender identification headers.
