TransmissionVerse Messaging & Anti-Spam Protocol
This Protocol establishes communication integrity standards, zero-tolerance policies for unsolicited messaging, and identity verification rules across the TransmissionVerse layer.
1. Prohibited Communication Practices
Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following messaging practices across TransmissionVerse nodes:
- Dispatching unsolicited bulk messages, commercial spam, or unauthorized automated broadcasts
- Transmitting phishing, fraudulent, or deceptive communications
- Utilizing scraped, purchased, or unverified recipient contact lists
- Spoofing sender identities, altering message headers, or forging TransmissionVerse routing metadata
- Operating open relay communications nodes or unauthorized message forwarding services
2. Authorized Communication Patterns
TransmissionVerse infrastructure permits the following verified communication types:
- Verified transactional messages, API webhooks, and system status notifications
- Double-opt-in participant newsletters and operational disclosures
- Direct user-requested communications routed through authenticated Identity Layer sessions
3. Enforcement & Communication Restrictions
Violations of this Protocol result in immediate enforcement under Level 3 or Level 4 of the Ecosystem Participation & Resource Usage Policy, including TransmissionVerse routing suspension and Access Key deactivation.
