Backup Policy
This policy explains how backups are created, stored and restored across EclipsiumX services.
1. Backup Frequency
Backups are created daily for supported hosting plans unless otherwise specified.
2. Backup Retention
Backups are retained for 7–30 days depending on the service tier.
3. Backup Limitations
- Backups are not guaranteed
- Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups
- Large VPS servers may require manual backup configuration
