This Billing Policy explains how payments, invoices and renewals work across EclipsiumX services.
1. Payment Terms
All services are billed in advance. Payments must be completed before service activation.
2. Accepted Payment Methods

- PayPal
- Bank Transfer (for large invoices)
3. Automatic Renewals
Services renew automatically unless cancelled. Renewal reminders are sent before billing.
4. Late Payments
Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension after 3 days and termination after 7 days.
