UniversePass Billing & Resource Allocation Protocol
This Protocol governs payment settlement, UniversePass Access Key tier activations, resource expansion metering, and invoice procedures across the EclipsiumX ecosystem.
1. Access Key Activation & Settlement Terms
All UniversePass Access Key activations (Essentials Key, Pro Key, Infinity Key) are billed in advance of resource provisioning. Identity Layer authentication credentials and Operational World access permissions are issued immediately upon successful transaction settlement.
2. Accepted Payment Settlement Channels
- Credit / Debit Payment Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe)
- PayPal Digital Settlement
- Direct Bank Transfer / SEPA Wire (Required for enterprise Infinity Key allocations & custom MSA contracts)
3. Access Key Renewal & Resource Expansion
UniversePass Access Keys renew automatically at the conclusion of each activation cycle unless deactivation is requested. Participants expanding InfrastructureVerse resource capacity or upgrading Access Key tiers mid-cycle receive pro-rated credit adjustments applied to the new allocation tier.
4. Unsettled Invoices & Grace Periods
Invoices remaining unsettled past the due date trigger a 3-day grace period during which operational access is maintained. If settlement is not completed within 3 days, access is restricted to Level 3 Access Key Suspension, and after 7 days of non-settlement, the Access Key Deactivation & Exit Protocol is initiated.
