Access Key Deactivation & Exit Protocol
This Protocol establishes the conditions under which UniversePass Access Keys are deactivated, how Participant exit procedures are conducted, and how data retention is handled during offboarding.
1. Initiating Access Key Deactivation
Participants may initiate UniversePass Access Key deactivation at any time through the EclipsiumX dashboard management portal or by dispatching an official request via the Transmissions layer to [email protected].
2. Deactivation Timeline & Immediate Effects
Upon submitting a deactivation request:
- Automatic Access Key renewal is halted immediately.
- Operational World environments remain accessible until the conclusion of the active activation period, unless immediate emergency termination is requested.
- InfrastructureVerse resource allocations enter a scheduled offboarding state at the conclusion of the cycle.
3. Data Export Window & Permanent Offboarding
Following Access Key deactivation, EclipsiumX provides a 14-day Data Export Window during which Participants may retrieve Operational World state configurations, database backups, and custom workflow data via Transmissions. Upon expiration of the 14-day export window, all associated data, Identity Layer SSO tokens, and environment configurations are permanently purged from InfrastructureVerse nodes in compliance with GDPR.
4. Reactivation Path
Former Participants whose Access Keys have been deactivated may reactivate their UniversePass within 30 days of deactivation to restore previous identity parameters and operational configurations, subject to identity re-verification.
